Paul is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience across global services organisations. He is recognised for his strong commercial acumen, people‑focused leadership, and ability to drive sustainable business growth with clear accountability.
His career spans multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Facilities Management, with professional experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia‑Pacific, the Middle East, India, and the Americas. This international exposure brings valuable insight to Required Services’ advisory, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
Paul’s background includes engineering, project management, operations, maintenance, and industrial services. He has also held senior governance roles, including Chair and Director positions across consortiums, joint ventures, and advisory boards.
In his role as Director, Paul will lead the strategic growth of Required Services’ advisory capability and global workforce solutions. His experience and vision align closely with the organisation’s mission to support clients through scalable operational support and access to world‑class talent.

Vanessa brings 20+ years of experience supporting organisations in complex, high‑risk and highly regulated environments.
Her expertise in safety assurance, risk management and quality systems strengthens our ability to deliver reliable, compliant services to our Clients protecting people, assets and communities.
In this role Vanessa will drive robust safety and quality frameworks, sharpen risk controls and lead continuous improvement across our operations—helping clients achieve the highest standards of safety, governance and operational assurance.
James Clements - Business Strategy, Commercial Proposals and AI Implementation Specialist
James is a Strategy and Growth Executive with over 25 years’ experience driving performance across Energy, Renewables, Defence, Water, Infrastructure, and Industrial Services.
He helps complex organisations shift from reactive sales to strategy‑led growth by aligning strategy, business development, capture, and governance to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
James has held senior leadership and advisory roles with Wood, EnerMech, Lamprell, and Tenix Defence (now BAE Systems), operating across Australia, Asia‑Pacific, and the Middle East. His background includes leading multibillion‑dollar portfolios, major capture programs, market entry, and diversification into low‑carbon and renewable markets.
He now provides fractional executive leadership focused on strategy, growth, and pre‑contract excellence for must‑win pursuits, new market entry, and transformation initiatives.
